Hi Zana,

Your positive energy in the first meeting is great. You are always taking the initiative to contribute and the willingness to think broadly about the problem statement.

Do sharpen your analytical skills though. Though your ability to absorb and understand very quickly do compensate for not (yet) being as sharp in analysing the problem statement as some other members of your team. Do work on sharing your ideas more freely in the 2nd meeting.

You are also very attentive to details, which has contributed to your ability to present your slides very convincingly. You have consistently demonstrated a good understanding of what you are presenting. Being able to paraphrase and throw in examples, are important for me to know that you are not just ripping off a definition from the website blindly so.<br>
Your sharing in your RJ response this week is very good. I like the approach you have taken. Instead of just brushing the RJ aside because you have not experience prejudices in the class, you put in the conscious effort to still reflect on a similar note. Excellent effort.

On the issue of team work especially, I can completely understand where you were coming from as I've felt completely like you did. But after being out in the work force, I discovered that real world projects are too much for just 1 person to handle.

Hence, learning how to work in teams "properly", i.e. delegating the work effectively, encouraging and engaging everyone in the team to give their best shot at the project are invaluable skills to pick up because it will make such a difference in the real world out there.

You have always been proactive and enthusiastic in the weekly lessons, with a smile on your face everytime. I think that you could improve on involving more of your team mates to contribute more during team discussions, rather than you being the speaker most of the time. You gave a good presentation, having a good projection of your voice to capture attention from the audience. You also tried your best to explain your parts clearly and accurately. Well done, Zana! A
